Team Building!
At SuccessDirectUSA we are making every attempt to develop
an organization of team players, since your success and
ours depends on Affiliates helping Affiliates. With that
in mind we want to encourage teamwork among our Affiliates
and the last feature of our compensation plan does just
that.
We want you to help your Referring Reseller add and maintain
4 Resellers to his Sales Group. To do this you need to
help the first Reseller (1) Affiliate that you gave to
your Referring Reseller get his first Reseller (2) and
then help that Reseller get his first Reseller (3) and
then help that Reseller get his first Reseller (4) for
a total of 4 Resellers. Each of these first Resellers
will be assigned to your Referring Reseller, which
will add
4 Resellers to his Sales Group.
While you are helping your Referring Reseller get 4 new
Resellers you will earn 80% of your full commission.
Once your Referring Reseller has reached 4 Resellers
and as
long as he maintains 4 Resellers in his Sales Group from
your help you will earn 100% of your commission. By doing
this we are encouraging you to work with all your affiliates
and your affiliates to work with all their affiliates,
etc.
The greatest thing of all is that while you have to help
your Referring Reseller only, YOU WILL RECEIVE HELP FROM
EVERY RESELER IN YOUR SALES GROUP. Just think of what
you will earn if every one of your Resellers helps you
grow
your Sales Group by 4 Resellers each. If every Reseller
in your Sales Group gets helps you get 4 Resellers that
means that every time you enroll a Reseller you should
earn $1,500 over the year (5 X $300).
Lastly, remember that when any Free Affiliates in your
Sales Group enroll Reseller Affiliates they are assigned
to you and become part of your Sales Group, earning you
$1,500 every time this happens.
We understand that your

everyone to pull together
and help everyone else, the more success we will al have.
