I understand the total annual cost of the Monthly RESELLER Affiliate Membership is $479.50. I am paying $39.97 per month for the next twelve (12) months. I understand that my payments of $39.97 will be due on the 1st day of the each month and will be deducted from any commissions due. If I have not earned enough commissions to pay the $39.97, I agree to have Success Direct International debit my checking account for the $39.97 monthly payment. This membership renews automatically every year, unless cancelled with 30 days written or e-mail notice. I understand this Upgrade Membership is Non-Refundable.
