SuccessDirectUSA.com's NO SPAM Policy

SuccessDirectUSA.com ("the Company") does not support or condone the use of Unsolicited Bulk E-mail ("UBE" or "spam") to solicit Affiliates or Mini-Mall sales. In order to discourage the use of UBE spam e-mail by FREE Affiliates, RESELLER”Affiliates, (this name is used to represent both types of Affiliates) we have established the following policy:

  1. The terms FREE Affiliate(s), RESELLER Affiliate(s) shall apply to any SuccessDirectUSA.com members.

  2. SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates from sending spam or utilizing services which send spam, to solicit prospective Affiliates. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of a member's replicated website. Their account will be canceled and all present and future commissions will be forfeited. By utilizing spam, the Member may also be subject to legal action and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by SuccessDirectUSA.com. This includes any loss due to service interruptions on the SuccessDirectUSA.com websites or to any of our affiliated sites.

  3. SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates from sending out any e-mails to non-Affiliates of SuccessDirectUSA.com that include direct links to the Member's own self-replicated web sites or to the Company's domains or URLS. This includes direct links to your website in signature files attached to your outgoing e-mails.

  4. SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates from posting to any newsgroup or bulletin board, which may result in an e-mail being generated that links to any SuccessDirectUSA.com URL or to any member's self-replicated website.

  5. If we should receive a complaint, which includes a copy of an email that has a reference or link to any SuccessDirectUSA.com domain or URL, or any member's replicated site, the offending member will have their website terminated without recourse or warning.

  6. SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates from sending e-mails containing redirect links which lead/redirect to any SuccessDirectUSA.com or to any member's self-replicated website. (e.g., the URL in your e-mail is www.link.com and when someone clicks on that link they 'appear' to be taken to www.link.com, but the page then switches to (i.e. http://www.SuccessDirectUSA.com/id/SD2020) with the www.link.com page never showing on the screen).

  7. If a prospective member replies to a marketing e-mail for a membership at SuccessDirectUSA.com with "sign me up" in the subject line, or words to that effect, they must include in the body of the e-mail the following statement: "By submitting a request for a FREE SuccessDirectUSA.com membership, I agree to accept e-mail from the SuccessDirectUSA.com for both their consumer and business opportunities."

  8. SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates from sending e-mail regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com which does not provide a valid e-mail address, registered to the Member, to which one may reply. Additionally, SuccessDirectUSA.com prohibits Affiliates from using a fictitious name in any e-mails sent regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com opportunities or linking to a page which references the SuccessDirectUSA.com website or member's page. Any e-mails sent by a Affiliate which reference either SuccessDirectUSA.com or links to a page which references the SuccessDirectUSA.com or a SuccessDirectUSA.com replicated site must contain, as a signature in the body of the e-mail, the Mega-Affiliate’s first and last name or their first initial and last name.

  9. You must keep a copy of e-mails sent to you requesting membership in SuccessDirectUSA.com. This is your only proof that someone has requested a membership and will be invaluable, if we receive a spamming complaint against you.

  10. All representations regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com opportunity must be conducted in an open, honest and forthright manner. All e-mails sent must not contain a misleading or false subject line. A misleading or false subject line would make a promise or offer that would seem invalid to most reasonable consumers. (e.g., the subject line "You have won free long distance!" is misleading because no one can “win” free long distance in SuccessDirectUSA.com.)

  11. All initial e-mail sent must contain a valid unsubscribe or removal option. Once you have established contact with an individual and they request further information from you, this unsubscribe/removal option is not required, however, it is advisable to continue to provide this option. A valid unsubscribe/removal option is an e-mail address to which one may reply with their removal request or a URL to which they may go to process a removal request.
