How long does it take to get government money?
You should allow a few months for anything to happen. The first program you
choose may not be right for you and you will have to look in the book for
other programs. Some programs are extremely competitive, it may take a few
failed submissions just to learn the system.

How much money can I get?
That all depends on the type of grant you are applying for and your actual
needs. Some grants have a $5,000 limit, some have a $500,000 limit, and some
don't even have a limit!

What if I have bad credit?
